The workshop is the home of architects saturated with inspiration.
The company’s slogan “Ideas live here” was not born by chance. It organically continues the office atmosphere.
I LIKE AN ECLECTIC SENSE OF FREEDOM. THIS IS ANOTHER FREEDOM, NOT PHYSICAL, AS IN MINIMALISM OR LOFT. ECLECTICISM REJECTS BORING COMBINATIONS AND SHAPES FAMILIAR TO THE HUMAN EYE. IT IS INDEPENDENT IN THE CORE. – SERHII MAKHNO
Working on the design, we did not argue about the interior style. It seems eclecticism chose this space and even us.
Over time the workshop has overgrown with lamps, paintings, and furniture(as decent eclecticism does). The majority of objects are our creations. Sometimes you become attached to a chandelier chair, and the event does not want to let it go.
Сolleagues’ work comes to the office in two ways. With a bow wrapped in gift paper. Or we bring into our houses something magical and like-minded.
- 200 sq. m. for creativity
- 200 sq. m. for realizing people’s dream of the perfect interior.
- 200 sq. m. for creating spaces to eat, sleep, work, relax, and love.
- 200 sq. m. for developing unique furniture and décor. We have a simple working principle. If it’s armchair, we should want to put it in our own home. A hotel – spend family weekends in.

The team is divided into the architects, designers, product, PR- and administrative departments.

No designer is dealing only with restaurants. Or just living quarters. Someone considers the absence of specialization as a weakness. Ok, in this case, “weakness” allows for avoiding monotonous projects. And people languish doing the same.
Serhii is the inspirer for all the projects. Plus our “Good morning, team!” and “Who wants salary?”. In the workshop, we have no houses or interiors, created without his involvement. Serhii supports the space of our ideas and helps to figure out if someone got stuck.
We have no strict rules (ones printed on A4 and hanging on every second wall). As usual office dwellers, we wear removable shoes in the winter and build queues for coffee in the morning. Celebrate birthdays and days of completing projects. We lose measuring tapes and find measuring tapes. Save colleagues’ food from death in the refrigerator.
Earlier there was a dominant Man in the office. One with a tablet chose music for the working background. The big “M” was determined by the principal” who took tablet first Then someone broughtt he idea of a common playlist. Now we have equality and nobody has earplugs in the bag.
