Art Ad Campaign by artist to the Sergey Makhno Architects
Chandeliers blooming like lilies over the pool. Giant concrete hand over the bed. Restaurant with loaves of bread. These are the plots of collages for a new ad campaign of Sergey Makhno Architects.
Unusual collages were created by Ukrainian artist Roman Mikhailov. The art campaign reflects the philosophy of the brand ‘we art the world’. The studio represents architecture and design as a new art.
“Don't search for hidden meanings there. Art is chaos. We are not trying to organize it, we trust our emotions and create what we feel is right. Roman and I have similar approaches. He is obsessed with his own work as much as we are. It was interesting to get his view on our projects.” Sergey Makhno.
“From my perspective, the design studio mindset resembles four elements under one roof. I feel powerful energy, strength and confidence in their works. It's captivating. While working with photos of the projects, I realised that everything they create: from a cup to a house — can be put together in one world. It inspires and provokes to create new.” Roman Mikhailov.
Over 15 years, the workshop has implemented more than 500 projects in 16 countries. Sergey Makhno Architects studio specialises in interior design, architecture and product design.
“We create new worlds meter by meter. We've got trees growing in a living room and lamps the size of a man. A bathroom can be in a glass box and tiles that resemble the form of a bird. We think that things have to amaze. We create art that is not only pleasant to look at, but also to live in.” Sergey Makhno.
