Cost of work performance: in case of all-inclusive order of interior design (visualization and interior design) the cost will be from $ 100/m2.

More accurate price is established in view of complexity and itemization of the performed work. By mutual agreement, the contract provisions include field supervision over performance of repair and construction work so as to avoid deviations from plans as well as to allow find and correct likely mistakes in workflows

   DP-25 – field supervision:

• designer’s regular visits to facilities – twice a week, one - to construction site, another – aimed at selecting materials or furniture to shop. Additional comings shall be concurred with individually
• incorporation of modified data in working drawings - found after dismantlement of old and installation of new partitions, after floor/wall/ceiling leveling
• control and consultations for performing installation and finishing activities
• consulting and control over executing this design
• drawing-up commercial proposals indicating selling companies
• selection of finishing materials, articles of furniture and interior items jointly with customer ?(selection of floor and wall covers, joinery, ceramic tiles, plumbing, electric household appliances, lighting equipment, cabinet-type and cushioned furniture, decoration with art objects, accessories, selection of textile etc.)

Terms: agreement for field supervision is concluded for the period agreed upon by parties. In case construction of the facility is not completed within the term, then supplementary agreement is to be concluded

Our company includes a group of architects and designers majoring in design of houses, bath-houses, small architectural forms. You will start making a design of your house jointly with them. The process may be conventionally divided into three main stages:

Schematic design (SD). Development of pre-design offer in view of technical specifications and customer’s requests

Composition: options of general lay-outs, options of floor layouts, concepts of facades

Terms: approximately 2-4 weeks for making a standard design of up 400 m2 house

2. Architectural design (D) is in fact a set of documents required to be submitted for approval and concurrence by competent authorities and services

3. Working drawing (WD) is in fact a set of documents required to perform construction activities in scope required for successful work completion at construction site

Composition: general layout, construction organization plan, construction solutions, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply line and sewerage system, electrical annex, electrical equipment, in-site engineering utilities, in-site lighting facilities

Terms: 2-6 weeks
